Eating your breakfast is one of the sure ways of losing some weight?  Do you know why?

According to Mayoclinic.com, eating your breakfast is one of the best ways of getting rid of your excess weight and maintaining your normal weight. Here’s how a healthy breakfast does it:

1. A healthy, satisfying breakfast prevents you from overeating.  Most people are quite satisfied with a cup of coffee in the morning.  However, many studies say that by doing so will make you feel more hungry later during the day which can trigger overeating. And so, to save yourself from later binge eating and excess caloric intake, why not try eating a very wholesome, healthy breakfast that can keep you on the go with your daily routines.

Eating your breakfast gives you greater chance of choosing the right and healthy foods.  Skipping the first meal of the day can make you feel mighty hungry a few hours after starting your regular activities.  And once great hunger strikes, you have no choice but to eat anything in sight.  And this what makes breakfast skipping a dangerous practice.  Eat your breakfast to eat right!

A healthy breakfast keeps you energized all throughout the day.  Skipping the first meal of the day causes you to have lesser energy stores and this may cause easy fatigue and decreased physical activity.  With less energy, your body will feel sluggish and as a result, less metabolism associated with less activity results.
