Similar to dozens of other fat burner slimming pills available in the market, Phosphacore is a self-proclaimed cure for getting rid of belly fat sold and distributed by Applied Nutritional Research.

Phosphacore has an American-type jingoistic approach to its marketing.  According to the website promotional material, It is also recommended by the legendary Dr Perricone, but you should always be critical of claims which don’t mention the product. In this case, Dr Perricone does not actually endorse the product, but simply talks about one of the active ingredients… Big difference!

The Applied Nutritional Research Magazine named Phosphacore the 2009 Diet of the Year although it was released only last May. Here are some of the key benefits highlighted in their official website:

  • Lose 1.12”of fat each month
  • Replace fat with muscle
  • Doctor-recommended

According to the official website, “research from Norway’s Medstat Medical Centre shows the active ingredient in Phosphacore rapidly oxidizes subcutaneous abdominal adipose tissue”. Phosphacore is an an extract from the plant Carthamus tinctorius, better known as safflower, a common plant used as a source of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Since time immemorial, CLA has been used as an aid for weight loss.

Although fat burners contain a high concentration of caffeine or other stimulants that can cause headaches, insomnia and restlessness, Phosphacore has no known side effects.

However, we do not recommend the use of Phosphacore primarily because the official website does not provide any contact detail. There is no phone number or email address provided should there be a need to contact customer service.

We will update this review once we get more information from Phosphacore, in the meantime let us know if you have used Phosphacore, and what results you have had.

If you are looking for a clinically proven weight loss supplement, why not check out Proactol or Pure Acai Berry instead what we have found have received raving reviews.

I’ve used CLA based supplements with Maximuscle protein powders and they work quite well, but this looks like an expensive version.

I’ve used phosphacore for 4 months and have lost 20 lbs. I look and feel great. I have been taking this supplement along with exercise and eating a healthy diet and went from a size 10 to a size 4. I don’t care what anyone else says about it. I’m convinced and will continue taking it.
