Am thinking of taking these pills but am worried about whether they would make me hypo. Have lost nearly 4 stone on a high protein diet and although eating carbs again haven’t put any weight back on but I still ned to loose another 1.5 – 2 stone. I exercise 4 times a week for approx 30-45 mins. What are people’s views?

have been on these for 1 week (though only 1 a day on some days) and i have lost 5lbs, didn’t sleep well the first 3 days but i was taking the 2nd pill too late in the afternoon. they have suppressed my appetite and i dont have cravings for chocolate anymore or any sweet foods. would recommend these!

Well Only lost about 6lbs in a months worth.. was hoping for more. It was pretty expensive and I did do a diet with it.
